Thank you for your interest in contributing to the success of our program as an exhibitor. Exhibits will be available to participants Friday, October 1, 2021. In addition to a dedicated slot on the program for visits to exhibits, exhibits may be open throughout the day to maximize viewing. Exhibitors will be included in the conference program by name and advertised through social media including a link to the business site.  Exhibitors may also provide either a  catalog, flyer, or gift item for conference participant bags.

Exhibit applications should include descriptions of content and products offered by the company.  Exhibits should provide resources and tools to enhance a 4-H volunteer or staff member's ability to enhance the 4-H experience for youth.  Examples include curriculum and fundraising tools. We offer two exhibit options. For vendors with items, opportunities, experiences, or products for sale onsite or through future connections, the exhibit fee is $200.  For those who are offering educational information only and do not have items for sale, the cost is $20.  Educational exhibits are often posters from conferences, exhibits of projects, and other information shared. 

Both exhibits include a table, chair, and lunch for one exhibitor.  Registered conference participants receive a $20 discount and additional lunches may be purchased for vendors needing more than one lunch.
