Thank you for your interest in contributing to our program's success as an exhibitor. Exhibit will be available to participants on Friday, October 2, 2026. In addition to a dedicated slot on the program for visits to exhibits, exhibits may be open throughout the day to maximize viewing. Visitors may be on display throughout the conference, if desired.

Exhibitors will be included in the conference program by name and advertised on social media, with a link to their business site.  Exhibitors may also provide a catalog, flyer, or gift item for conference participant bags. Any items for the bags must be shipped for receipt between September 28 and September 30. 

Exhibit applications should include descriptions of the company's content and products. The exhibit should provide resources and tools that enable a 4-H volunteer or staff member to enhance the 4-H experience for youth.

We offer two exhibit options. For vendors with items, opportunities, experiences, or products for sale onsite or through future connections, the exhibit fee is $200.  

The cost is $20 for those offering educational information only and not selling items. This includes lunch for one exhibitor. If exhibitors are conference participants, the fee is waived. Educational exhibits often feature posters from conferences, project displays, and other shared materials. 

Both exhibits include a table, chair, and lunch for one exhibitor.  Registered conference participants receive a $20 discount, and additional lunches may be purchased for vendors who need more than one.
